What Kind of Technology Do I Need?

YOU NEED: 
  • A desktop computer, a laptop, or a tablet
    • Cell phones are NOT recommended
  • A microphone
  • A camera
  • A reliable Internet connection
  • Access to Google Drive/Documents
  • An online video platform:
    • We suggest Google Meet, Skype, or Facebook video call

How Long Do I Have to Study?

HOW LONG: 
  • YOU decide how long you want to study
  • You can study as long as you need to and want to
  • You can take just one class, or you can study for many months

What Kind of Classes Do You Offer?

KINDS of CLASSES: 
  • We work with you to create a class that is unique for you
  • We can create a class to work on any English skills you want to work on or any specific goals you have
  • We can teach students from beginner to advanced levels
  • We can meet one time, or we can work together for many months

When Can I Start?

START of CLASSES: 
  • You can start studying with us ANY TIME you are ready 
  • After we meet with you to assess your level, together we will find a time to start your classes

Do I Need Any Materials?

MATERIALS: 
  • You do NOT need any materials for class
  • Bring a notebook and a pen/pencil if you want to handwrite notes
  • We will create and share materials specifically for you
  • We will share documents with you in Google Drive or by email

What Are the Class Sizes?

CLASS SIZE: 
  • We can create a private class only for you
  • We can create a class for a maximum of 4 students 

How Do I Pay?

OPTIONS –  If You Live IN the USA or have a US bank account:
  • Use Zelle to make a bank transfer. Sign up FREE here  
  • Use the Square invoice we send you to:
    • Make an ACH transfer from your bank to ours – 1% fee
    • Pay with a credit card – minimum fee of 3.3% + $.30
OPTIONS – If You Live OUTSIDE the USA:  
  • Use Wise to transfer money from your bank to our Wise account.  Sign up FREE here
  • Use the Square invoice we send you to:
    • Make an ACH transfer from your bank to ours – 1% fee
    • Pay with a credit card – minimum fee of 3.3% + $.30

Can I Cancel or Get a Refund?

CANCELLATION: 
  • If you need to cancel a class, you must send an email 24 hours before the start of your class
  • If you send an email at least 24 hours before the start of the class, you will not be charged for your class 
REFUND: 
  • If you want a refund, you must send an email and ask for a refund 24 hours before the start of your next class 
  • We will refund 50% of the money you paid for class hours you have not studied yet
  • We will refund your money within 5 business days of your email to us
