English Portal is an online ESL school based in Austin, Texas that lets you learn English while studying in private or small group classes over video. We design your class to help you become fluent in English and also focus on your specific language needs. Our school was started by experienced ESL teachers who wanted to offer quality English language classes that are an opportunity for international students to learn from anywhere around the world. Through English Portal, you can study ESL online from any location online over video. We study foreign languages from our home country, and we want you to be able to do the same thing.

Second, we have all of our classes over video. This allows you study at a place and time that is convenient for you. We also use an ongoing digital whiteboard in all of our classes. This allows you to always have a record of what we study in each class, and it allows you and your teacher to interact with writing, reading, listening and speaking in real time.
